As a contemporary non-executive director and chair, she brings risk assessment, analysis and operational accountability to all aspects of board governance and strategy. She has served on board subcommittees including audit and risk, governance, nominations, and merger and acquisition. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
